Our school’s mission is to “provide an excellent pre-school education, in partnership with the parents of our students, based on core Christian values”.
​
Established in 1972 under the direction of Claire K. Leonard, our nursery school began its service to prepare local children for success as they moved on to grammar school and beyond. Claire started the school in her home, moving it permanently to Christ the King Church in 1975. Over the years, our school has given thousands of children a strong, basic core of knowledge in a loving, socially interactive environment from which they can spring forward in school.

Following in Claire's footsteps, Georgette Gretina served the school for over 25 years.

After the unexpected passing of Georgette in 2020, Jeannine Sheerin stepped in as Director and continues to lead the school with the same positive and loving vision for our childrens' experience and growth.
Registration Information
Our main registration for each academic year takes place in January for the following school year.
However, with folks moving in and out of town each week, registration for any current year remains open throughout.
